8. Termination
Both parties may terminate the agreement with written notice. Fees for completed work or ongoing deliverables remain payable.
9. Liability
GrowPro shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from usage of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of our registered business location.
