Refund Policy

At GrowPro, we aim to deliver high-quality digital marketing services and ensure customer satisfaction. Because our services involve time, effort, and resource allocation, we maintain a clear and transparent refund policy outlined below. 

1. General Refund Terms 

Payments made to GrowPro are generally non-refundable, as digital marketing services require strategy development, planning, research, and execution from day one. However, certain situations may qualify for partial refunds as detailed in the conditions below. 

2. Eligibility for Refund 

A client may be eligible for a refund only if: 

  • The service hasnot yet commenced.
  • Major deliverables havenot been initiated.
  • The cancellation request is submitted within48 hoursof payment.

Once work has begun — including audits, keyword research, campaign setup, or content creation — refunds are not applicable. 

3. Non-Refundable Services 

The following services are strictly non-refundable due to their immediate execution nature: 

  • SEO optimization work
  • Paid advertising campaigns
  • Content writing
  • Social media management
  • Website design once the initial draft is shared
  • Third-party expenses such as ads budget, tools, hosting, or subscriptions

4. Service Dissatisfaction 

If you are unhappy with any service, GrowPro encourages you to contact us so we can review the issue and make necessary adjustments. We may offer revisions, improvements, or additional support but refunds will not be provided once work has been completed. 

5. Chargebacks 

Initiating a chargeback without attempting resolution violates our service agreement. GrowPro reserves the right to suspend services and take legal action for fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks. 

6. Cancellation Policy 

Clients may cancel ongoing monthly or recurring services by giving 30 days prior notice. Payments already made for the current cycle remain non-refundable. 

7. Refund Process 

If a refund is approved under rare conditions, GrowPro will process it within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
